Fish

As I was around town all afternoon I got some trouts back home and now thinking about the best trout recipes, vegetables and rice. Trouts are sweet water fish and the biggest of them all I saw in the Colorado River, though these ones are from hatching ponds in Slovakia, fresh and tasty. Any asian recipes known?
